How can I train with the company?

We hold annual summer intensives in August. You can always find information on the application process and experience on our website under 'EDUCATION'. This goes the same for winter intensives when our schedule allows. We regularly teach across the US and internationally. We list these engagements on our site under 'EDUCATION' or on our 'HOME' page with links to sign up for any open classes or workshops.
How do you hire dancers into your company?

We are building a midwest hub for our creative works in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We create new works each year and hire artists to join us for these projects. This generally looks like a two month commitment with committed shows and tours. Artists often join us for multiple projects. We do not hold traditional auditions, rather we build relationships with artists over time through classes, workshops, community and commissioned creations around the world.
Do you work with younger students (under 18)?

We regularly craft solos and private classes for younger dance artists. We also plan to open additional classes to dancers 14+ in 2025/26 in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. Our ongoing workshops and intensives are designed for artists 18 and up.
How can I support the company?

We adore our community and rely on support to realize our shows in the Ann Arbor area. This might look like supporting our tech weeks or at our shows supporting backstage or pre-show / post-show demands or as ushers. We also annually host fundraisers to support our scholarships, programming, and creations. Donations, silent auction offerings, as well as in-person support to realize these events is a wonderful way to ensure we can serve our robust and growing community.
